The Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning conducted its 41st convocation this morning in the Divine Presence of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Sri Sreedhara Panicker Somanath, Secretary & Chairman, Indian Space Research Organisation was the chief guest this morning. In his address, he lauded SSSIHL as a modern Gurukula & appreciated the residential system of the campuses wherein the teachers stay along with the students. Congratulating the students for the integral education that they have received in the Sri Sathya Sai Institutions, he urged them to be ever passionate about learning and develop a strong moral fibre to serve society and make India the leader among nations. Around 17 Research Scholars were awarded Doctorate of Philosophy this year.
